Burn TinyMe to disk

If at all possible, use a DVD+/-RW or a CD-RW. That way, if you make a mistake you can simply re-use the disk.

The best way I know of to burn an ISO image in Windows is with Active ISO Burner. Simply select the TinyMe ISO image and burn!
