Burn TinyMe to diskIf at all possible, use a DVD+/-RW or a CD-RW. That way, if you make a mistake you can simply re-use the disk. The best way I know of to burn an ISO image in Windows is with Active ISO Burner. Simply select the TinyMe ISO image and burn! If you are using another Linux distribution, please consult your Linux distribution's documentation on how to burn an ISO (here is how to burn an ISO with TinyMe).
